Chris Faulkner - General Manager
An accomplished senior executive, with over 20 years’ experience in Commonwealth and State Government health and disability policy and operations. Managed large policy and operational workforces and leading and building teams committed to diversity and lived experience. Also held leadership roles in public health and clinical nursing. My experience as a senior leader has given me the opportunity to deeply understand the strengths and weaknesses of current NDIS, state and territory and market service delivery arrangements and participants’ experiences of the scheme. Awarded a PSM for the management of the COVID response in 2021 for people with a disability.
Stuart Arndell - Property and Leasing Manager
Stuart brings over 25 years of property and project asset management expertise, specialising in high-end residential, commercial, and affordable housing. Overseeing SDA Residential’s property and asset management, he delivers quality housing solutions and integrates technology to enhance tenant experience. Committed to meeting diverse individual and community needs, Stuart champions sustainable, inclusive housing and fosters high-performing teams to create effective solutions.
Martin Kriho - SDA Operations and Compliance Manager
With over 20 years of leadership experience across Australia and the UK, Martin brings a deep understanding of NDIS, SDA, and SIL service delivery. He has led strategic initiatives to streamline operations, enhance compliance, and drive continuous improvement in complex disability support settings. Known for his commitment to excellent and responsive services, Martin builds systems that not only meet regulatory standards but also evolve with the needs of participants. He thrives in dynamic environments, values transparent communication, and takes pride in creating safe, compliant, and inclusive homes where people with disability can flourish.
Jessica Peters - Service Delivery & Client Support Manager
Jessica brings over 12 years of experience across the disability services sector, with deep expertise in both frontline service delivery and stakeholder engagement. Her background includes 8 years in Disability Employment Services and 4+ years working within the NDIS as a Support Coordinator and Marketing Manager. This unique combination allows her to bridge the gap between participant needs and strategic service development.

Known for her authentic, people-first approach, Jessica is committed to helping individuals with disability access safe, inclusive housing and feel genuinely supported throughout the process. She thrives in collaborative environments, values clear and empathetic communication, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes that make a real difference.
Greg Huxley - Executive Chairman and Advisor
CA, LLM(HDis), MBusLaw, MBusPsych(Dis), MComm(Dist), MAICD, AMICDA, AGIA, ATI, CIPD, GradCertBusLaw, GradCertPropDev(HD).
A qualified chartered accountant holding diverse Masters post nominals in law, commerce, business psychology, and business law, as well as accreditation with the Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Taxation Institute, and Institute of Project Managers (London), Huxley brings a superb, inquisitive intellect and a diverse and extensive business experience of 50 years to all transactions.

Currently studying toward a Masters in Property Development and a Master of Ancient History as well as undertaking ARITA accreditation, Huxley continues to challenge himself intellectually and increase an extraordinary diversity of knowledge, bringing flexible creative thinking and experience to any business transactions. He leads a close-knit team of professionals with qualifications in construction, property, sales, development, affordable housing and disability care to develop successful and socially responsible outcomes to business transactions. Commercially driven with social responsibility and focus.

From a community perspective, Huxley has founded and underwritten the development three separate charities, one of which is now one of Australia’s leading housing providers in the disabled and community support space.
